His journey began with personal explorations in stress reduction and quickly evolved into a passion for helping others discover the profound impact that focused breathing can have on physical, mental, and emotional health. George's expertise spans a variety of modalities, from traditional pranayama practices to contemporary approaches such as Active Breathwork, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for fostering resilience and wellbeing.

Beyond his extensive training, George's connection to "I CAN'T HEAR MYSELF!" course is personal. After years of having little to know access to his inner voice, breathwork was the tool that unlocked and shifted this relationship.
